Had car serviced and had the 5 star treatment as usual at ARJ Motors. From booking in at service reception, to being looked after really well by Ehsan, who by the way, is a great asset to your company. He made us very welcome and made our visit a pleasant one. My first time experience of buying a car was with arj motors. I felt really welcome by the girls in the office and they were both lovely. I didn’t feel pressured into buying a car at all as a young girl and any questions I had were answered straight away. Would definitely recommend this dealer for anyone looking for a car. 10/10

Lovely family owned business, bought a used BMW X1

The young lady I dealt with was professional and friendly and I felt very comfortable and at home. There was no pushiness or defensiveness or indifference as I have experienced elsewhere. All paperwork and administration was dealt with helpfully, efficiently and without fuss. I also met who I believed to be the head mechanic who was friendly and promptly answered any questions I had. I bought a used BMW X1 in spectacular condition. I would happily and highly recommend this family owned business to anyone.

Great customer service with hassle-free deposit refund

Really nice and friendly service. I put a deposit down on a car but then unfortunately I got Covid and the long recovery meant I would not be able to view it. The team were very understanding and gave me options for a contact-free delivery. I opted for a deposit refund and they promptly returned my money in minutes. Great service, thank you!

We were very pleased with our experience at ARJ MOTORS. Sorry didn’t get the lady’s name but she wasn't pushy at all and really helpful and genuinely wanted us to have a good car. We ended up driving home in a lovely BMW 1 series. I highly recommend doing your car shopping here if you want a more relaxed, hassle- free experience.

Amazing experience

I've had a really good experience with this car dealership. Inshal assisted me, and she made me feel very comfortable while advising me about the different options that would best suit me. It felt genuine where i felt like i was chatting with a friend rather than a salesperson who was trying to get an incentive out of a sale!

Amazed with after sale care

really happy with out recent e class. Unfortunately we had a issue with parking sensors but it was resolved very quickly and even a courstey car was offered.

I purchased a Land Rover Discovery from ARJ Motors about 2 months ago, I was holding off leaving a review despite how great my experience was during the sale process purely because I wanted to make sure it was reliable and genuine. Safe to say, I am still very happy with my car. There was a slight few issues that came up with the car but their after-sales team got on it straight away. A bit surprised at the unreasonable harsh reviews left about this business as you’re like to expect issues with used vehicles but what matters is how the business handles it. Amazing after - sale

We dealt with Arj motors who was very professional in every way and informative. Picked up my Mini Clubman a couple of weeks ago and I love it. Part exchanged my bmw x5 for a fair price and sam made the whole transaction easy, without any hard sell. We had a problem with one of the keys not working, and a phone call to arj motors put this right. I would definitely recommend them and thank you to Sam for making this a pleasurable experience.
